1. Conclusion of the contract

With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. By sending an order confirmation by e-mail to you or the delivery of the ordered goods we can accept this offer. First, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract only comes into effect with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods. When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of four steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step you enter your customer data including billing address and, if necessary, different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step, you have the opportunity to review all information (such as name, address, method of payment, items ordered) again and correct if necessary, before you submit your order by clicking on ‘send order’ to us.

2. Storage of the contract text

We save the contract text of your order. You can print it to us before sending your order by clicking on “Print” in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation and an order confirmation with all order details and our terms and conditions to the e-mail address you provided.

3. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until complete payment of all claims.

4. Prices, shipping costs, return costs upon revocation

All prices are final prices, they include VAT. The minimum order value is 9.99 euros.

5. Delivery conditions

6. Terms of payment

Payment is made either in advance by advance transfer, by invoice, by direct debit or cash on delivery. We reserve the right to exclude single payment methods. If you choose the payment method in advance we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 10 days. A right of retention can only be exercised if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

7. Warranty

The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions. As far as used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used items is one year.

The specified shelf life on our products requires proper storage. Unless otherwise stated in the instructions for use, our products should be stored under the following environmental conditions: “Store cool, dry and protected from sunlight.”

8. Privacy

In the initiation, conclusion, settlement and reversal of a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data within the scope of the legal provisions.

When you visit our website, the IP address, date and time currently used by your PC, the browser type and operating system of your PC as well as the pages you are viewing are logged. Conclusions on personal data are not possible and not intended.

For example, if you place an order or send us an e-mail (such as your name and contact details), we will only process it for you and for the purpose for which you provided us with the information. We only pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, we pass on your payment data to the bank responsible for the payment.
